I stayed there for one night a few days ago. I arrived there pretty late, and the lady warmly greeted me and showed me places I can visit nearby (Buffalo and Niagara Falls) in detail and far in the New York State depending on my schedule. I enjoyed talking to her, and her advice was helpful for my trip next day. Parking was easy when there were spots in the private parking lot. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Surprisingly, hot water came out quickly when I took a shower. I am not sure things should be different depending on the room, but I was satisfied with my stay. Definitely will come back next time.

My wife and I just stayed at Hotel Lenox for a few days and we really had a pleasant stay. The Hotel has that nice, vintage feel. As for the staff, they could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The neighborhood is decent -- Walgreens next door and restaurants nearby -- but we enjoyed walks in the area, too. We'd definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great stay at The Lenox Hotel. The suite was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Jacqueline at the front desk was outstanding—friendly, professional, and made everything easy. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is thoroughly charming. The customer service was great, staff were great and flexible. It is not for those who want modern fixtures, or a simple box built in the last 10 years. Things creak and bump. It has however been operating since 1896. EIGHTEEN NINETY FREAKING SIX. F Scott Fitzgerald lived here as a child for a few years. It is awash in local history and just…charm. The neighborhood is worth a visit alone. Lots of stuff is walkable and well worth taking in. Great place will return.

The Lenox is such a charming historical building. It’s part hotel, part apartments, which we thought was really unique and cool. The staff were very kind and inviting, and it’s in a fun area with restaurants and coffee shops. So glad the Lenox was part of our trip!

I enjoyed my stay. It is a unique building that hearkens back to a time of beautiful architectural details. I enjoy staying in hotels that are not chains. The room was clean and had what I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. An affordable stay in a quirky and quaint old fashioned hotel.

I stayed at the Lenox Hotel Buffalo after the Bills game. I had been looking for a reasonable hotel in the downtown area because I take a bus to come to Buffalo from Canada, and the hotel has to be close to the bus terminal. I've heard that this hotel has a long history, which I liked. My room was on the 8th floor and had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, a huge window, a big bed, and a cute bathroom. There were 2 pictures on the wall; they were of the city of Buffalo a long time ago. There is Walgreens next door, and the famous buffalo chicken wings "Anchor Bar" is just 2 blocks away. The beautiful building and room were clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect.

Old historic hotel in Buffalo, rooms were clean, small but it was really only a place to sleep. We had what we needed and are not picky. We loved the elevator. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. Plus free parking! Walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and pubs in a very nice area of Buffalo. We really enjoyed our stay and the view from our 8th floor room of the skyline and Lake Erie was fantastic. Would stay here again.
